6. Online assistant and AI processing
The public online assistant is intended to explain JoyeLearn’s services and answer general questions. Messages may be transmitted to technology providers that process the content to generate a response. The assistant does not operate a client’s private enterprise deployment and should not be used for confidential, privileged, or sensitive information.
AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Important decisions should be verified with a qualified JoyeLearn representative.

We may use cookies, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand usage, maintain security, and improve performance. Where required, we will provide choices or obtain consent for non-essential technologies.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling some technologies may affect website functionality.

Some service providers or project team members may be located outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure that it receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under applicable Singapore data-protection law.
9. Security

No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
