Terms of Use

The terms governing access to and use of the JoyeLearn website and online assistant.
Effective date: 27 July 2026 · Last updated: 27 July 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of joyelearn.com, including its content, contact forms, online assistant, downloadable materials, and related website functions. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Website information

The website describes JoyeLearn’s facilitation, training, organizational knowledge engineering, and enterprise AI-related services. Website content is provided for general information and business-development purposes. It is not a binding offer, professional legal advice, technical-security assurance, or a guarantee that a particular service, result, certification, integration, or deployment is available.

Specific services are governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, order form, registration terms, or written agreement.

3. Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You must not:

4. Online assistant

The online assistant provides general explanations about JoyeLearn and its services. It may use artificial intelligence and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable responses. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice, and it does not demonstrate or operate a client’s live private knowledge system.

You remain responsible for evaluating assistant output and for any decisions or actions taken based on it. Do not rely on the assistant for critical decisions or submit confidential enterprise information through it.

5. Enquiries and demonstration requests

Submitting a form or speaking with the assistant does not create a client, consultancy, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. A service relationship begins only when the relevant parties enter into a written agreement or JoyeLearn confirms a registration.

6. Intellectual property

The website and its content—including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, course descriptions, facilitation materials, software elements, and page design—are owned by or licensed to JoyeLearn and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print reasonable extracts for your own non-commercial or internal evaluation. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website materials without prior written permission, except where law expressly permits.

7. Third-party content and links

The website may contain links to third-party services or materials. Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily imply endorsement. JoyeLearn is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always-available access.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or results.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoyeLearn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising from use of, or inability to use, the website.

Where liability cannot be excluded, JoyeLearn’s aggregate liability arising from the website will be limited to the greater of SGD 100 or the amount you paid directly to JoyeLearn specifically for access to the website during the preceding twelve months. This website limitation does not replace any liability terms agreed in a separate paid-services contract.

11. Responsibility for misuse

You are responsible for losses, claims, or costs resulting from your unlawful use of the website, your infringement of third-party rights, or your material breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Subject to any mandatory rights that apply, the courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the website.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted, unless otherwise stated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Contact

Questions about these terms may be sent to bengao@joyelearn.com.
