Certification · 2 modules · 4 days
Build the capability to run co-creation workshops — and become a certified facilitator.
In short
Co-creation Facilitator Training is a four-day certification program, delivered in two modules, that equips managers, developers and change agents to facilitate co-creation workshops using the Clarify–Ideate–Solution framework derived from the Creative Problem Solving process.
This is a tools training for creating a co-creation culture. Imagine the people in your organization energised to develop your ways of working, to spot new opportunities when visiting customers, or to carry through the changes your organization needs. What would that mean for your co-creation capability — and how much potential is still unreleased?
People are the best resource an organization has for becoming more co-creative. This program gives managers, developers and change agents concrete tools to raise participation and make better use of that resource.
When new approaches are needed we use a framework based on the Creative Problem Solving process, first introduced by Alex Osborn in 1953. Three stages: clarify the problem or goal to find the key question; ideate to generate and select ideas; then form solutions by designing and analysing them. It is among the most widely used and most thoroughly researched co-creative thinking models in the world.
Leave with tools you can run on Monday, not a theory you have to translate first.
Demonstrate you can design and deliver an effective workshop and receive certification for the skill.
Throughout the training you practise facilitating and designing processes against real situations.
How the modules build on each other.
Intensive practical training in the tools of clarifying, ideation and solution forming — plus the most common traps to avoid.
Advanced group tools for more complex co-creation and change workshops.
Every tool is demonstrated, practised and debriefed — you leave with a toolbox, not a reading list.
The shape of the program. Exact sequencing is adapted to the group and the context.
The same learning process runs through every JoyeLearn facilitation program.
